If you want to make a return, you can contact us for help with this process. You can use the services of our courier partner - UPS, by placing an order on the carrier's website, or choose any other courier company in Europe.

When you want to receive the money back for a product purchased on our website, you must inform us in the return form (EXIT FROM CONTRACT FORM) bank details: IBAN & ACCOUNT HOLDER (can be an account opened on Another name). 

From the moment we received and verified the return, the amount of money will be returned within a maximum of 14 working days.

Packages are sent through UPS.

Items are usually delivered in 3-5 working days. 

Each parcel is prepared with the utmost care and all necessary measures are taken for its safe delivery. You, as the Buyer, must diligently inspect the order when you receive it to ensure that there is no damage to the package or contents as a result of shipping. When the package is delivered to you by the shipping agent, please check it carefully, both in terms of packaging, sealing and contents, and if you notice any problem in this regard, make a process with the shipping agent- verbally regarding the finding of damage and proceed to send it in a timely manner to online@madebysociety.com.
