Items purchased online cannot be returned in physical stores.
Starting from the date you received the package, within up to 14 calendar days, you can exchange the product(s) for something else or request a refund.
After you have requested the return from your customer account, you just need to wait to be contacted by the courier company’s agent. The courier will come to your address to pick up the return package.
From the date the return request was submitted, it may take up to 3–5 days.
The bank account you provide in the return form can be under a different name than the person who placed the order on the website.
You will pay cash on delivery to the courier when the return package arrives at your address.
The processing time for return packages delivered to our headquarters is up to 7 working days.
You will receive the refund within 10–14 days from the date the return is processed.
If you did not include the return request in the package, you will be contacted when the return is being processed.
In your customer account, you will find the AWB number of the package you sent to us. Please check it on the courier company’s website or through AWB tracking.
Packages are sent through DPD or UPS.

Each parcel is prepared with the utmost care and all necessary measures are taken for its safe delivery. You, as the Buyer, must diligently inspect the order when you receive it to ensure that there is no damage to the package or contents as a result of shipping. When the package is delivered to you by the shipping agent, please check it carefully, both in terms of packaging, sealing and contents, and if you notice any problem in this regard, make a process with the shipping agent- verbally regarding the finding of damage and proceed to send it in a timely manner to online@madebysociety.com.
